Refund policy

At Math Vihar, we strive to provide high-quality educational materials. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Returns

• Due to the nature of our products (educational flashcards), returns are not accepted once the product is delivered, unless there is a defect or damage.
• To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect item received
  • Reported within 48 hours of delivery

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours with:
  • Order details
  • Clear photos of the product
• After verification, we will:
  • Provide a replacement, or
  • Issue a refund, as applicable

3. Refunds

• Refunds will be processed only in the following cases:
  • Product is out of stock after order confirmation
  • Verified damaged/defective product (if replacement is not possible)
• Refunds will be initiated within 5–7 working days and credited to the original payment method.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
• Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed.

5. Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used flashcards
• Products purchased during special offers or discounts
• Customized or bulk orders
